John M. LeRoux

John M. LeRoux is a Florida native and has practiced law in his home state since 1988.   Mr. LeRoux has extensive eminent domain and inverse condemnation mediation, negotiation and litigation experience.  Mr. LeRoux is a graduate of the University of South Florida and Stetson University of College of Law where he was a member of the Stetson Law Review.

Mr. LeRoux has acted as lead counsel in hundreds of condemnations actions and has a solid foundation of knowledge regarding the technical prerequisites for the use of the power of eminent domain and the court decisions that impact both the acquisition process and the process of determining full compensation to be paid to a property owner.

Mr. LeRoux began his professional career practicing in the field of eminent domain, working first in West Palm Beach, Florida with the firm of Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A.  After relocating back to the Tampa Bay area, Mr. LeRoux continued to dedicate his practice to eminent domain negotiations and litigation.


Mr. LeRoux is a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association and is active in the Eminent Domain Committees of the Florida Bar Association. In 2012, Mr. LeRoux was certified as a life member of the both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
